As a marketer, communicator, and lover of a great client experience, it’s an exciting time. Emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) will reshape the way we communicate with existing clients and campaign to those we want to acquire. While revenue is always the overarching goal, keeping our clients informed and educating our prospects creates engagement and allows for a shorter path to an exceptional ROI.
The Impact of Artificial Intelligence
AI is no longer just a buzzword—it’s become an integral part of the client journey. In 2025, we’ll see this technology evolve in new ways. Advanced AI models will continue to push boundaries, enabling even greater personalization in communicating with our clients…and our “soon to be” clients.
One of the most exciting shifts will be AI’s ability to understand context on a deeper level vs just answering inquiries. AI will allow us to not only communicate via varying medias (text, email, calls) it will offer proactive suggestions based on real-time client data or the demographics of our prospects.
As we enter 2025, it’s clear that this will be a year of innovation, disruption, and endless possibilities.
