Project 300 Vision Night Recap
In September, 2025, Mike & Amy Russell presented the vision behind Project 300. Watch the the entire presentation and please continue to pray and encourage Mike & Amy as they embark on this mission.
A Note from
Mike & Amy Russell
For over two decades, God has grown our business beyond what we ever imagined. But recently, He’s been stirring something deeper in our hearts. When we learned about the desperate need in Mozambique—pastors without training, children without protection, communities without hope—we couldn’t ignore His call.
Through incredible partners like Teach Every Nation and MOZaic Upliftment, we have the chance to train 300 pastors who will plant 300 churches and create safe havens for vulnerable children. This feels like what we were made for.
By God’s provision, Project 300 is fully funded. We’re not asking for money—we’re asking for prayer partners who will stand with us as we plant 300 churches and protect children across Mozambique.
Thank you for joining us September 15th, 2025 as we shared the full story and how you can support this mission through encouragement and prayer.

Why Mozambique Needs Us Now
In rural Mozambique, the harvest is ready but the workers are few. Most pastors have never received biblical training, leaving communities spiritually vulnerable. Meanwhile, studies estimate that up to 1 in 5 girls in Mozambique experiences sexual abuse before age 18, often within their own families. However, local communities believe the crisis could be far worse, with some suggesting rates as high as 4 in 5, highlighting the urgent need for stronger child protection measures.
But God is moving. Through our partnership with MOZaic Upliftment, we’re connected to 180+ churches across 20+ denominations. Teach Every Nation has proven that properly trained pastors can transform entire communities through church planting and biblical discipleship.
Our Goal: Train 300 pastors to plant 300 churches that will serve as both spiritual centers and child protection networks across rural Mozambique.
